Your First Visit
After being welcomed by our friendly front desk team, you and your child will be given a brief tour of the dental office so you can meet everyone and your child can start becoming familiar with their new surroundings. You’ll then be escorted to the back where you’ll meet their dentist. They’ll chat with you for a few minutes, asking about their medical and dental history, and then they’ll perform an oral exam. They’ll then go over their observations with you and make suggestions for treatments to address any issues.

Sitting in a waiting room with a small, bored child can be a harrowing experience, so to help you save time in our dental office, you have the option to download our forms below and complete them in the comfort of your own home. Just bring the filled out forms to your child’s appointment, and we’ll be able to check you in nice and fast. Please let us know if you have any problems getting our forms!
