Once your orthodontist receives your teen’s aligners, they’ll schedule their first official appointment. In addition to showing them how to take off the trays and put them back on, the treatment guidelines will be reviewed again – from the importance of wearing the aligners for 20+ hours a day to brushing their teeth after each meal.
